Play the Ball Where the Monkey Drops It

In the process of building a golf course in Calcutta, they discovered that monkeys were picking up the golf balls, playing with them, and then dropping them when they were finished.  They built large fences to keep the monkeys out, but of course, the monkeys included the fence climbing in their game, and just climbed over before getting to the golf course.  Thus they created a new rule just for this golf course: You have to play the ball where the monkey drops it.

Which is all any of us can endeavor to do.
